Frequently Asked Questions
What time should I arrive?
The flea market opens at 5 AM, and that's when serious hunting begins. Arrive by 7 AM to beat the biggest crowds and catch the best picks. Late morning (9–10 AM) is good for a relaxed pace. By 1 PM, many dealers are packing up.
Is the flea market open in winter?
No. We run Sundays April through November, then close for winter. The year-round shops (barn and house) stay open Wednesday–Sunday all year.
Can I bring my dog?
We do not allow dogs on the grounds at this time unless they are trained service animals.
What if it rains?
We run rain or shine. Dress appropriately. Most dealers will have some cover for their goods.
Can I bring a wagon or cart?
Absolutely. Lots of shoppers bring carts or wagons, especially during the flea market. Smart move if you're planning to buy.
How many dealers typically show?
About 200 on a good Sunday. Sometimes more, sometimes fewer depending on the weather and time of year. Spring and fall tend to be busier.
What's the best time of year to come?
April and May are great for spring finds. June–August is busy. September and October are prime season for estate sales and great inventory. All of it's good — it depends on what you're hunting.
Is Todd Farm a good place for beginners?
Absolutely. No experience needed. Just come, walk around, ask questions, and enjoy the vibe. Vendors are friendly and happy to talk about their pieces.
Can I become a dealer?
Yes. We work with dealers for both the flea market and the year-round shops. Get in touch with information about your inventory and interest.
