Please read the following IN FULL before making a vendor reservation.
By reserving a space, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

Vendor Information

  • Space sizes are approximately 20' x 25'.
  • Cost is $50 per Sunday, cash only. An ATM is available behind the Farmhouse.
  • Reservations may be made by calling 978-948-2217.

Vendor Rules

  • No setting up before 5:00 AM. Enter only at the south entrance by the Todd Farm Antique shop sign.
  • No dropping off merchandise until after 4:00 PM on Saturday, and only with prior permission.
  • Todd Farm is a family-friendly venue. No profanity, pornography, or other objectionable material.
  • No smoking in any of the buildings.
  • Todd Farm encourages interesting and unique items. We discourage new merchandise or "yard sale" quality items, as they generally do not sell well.
  • All merchandise should be in the spirit of antiques, collectibles, vintage goods, repurposed items, handmade unique crafts, older home goods, and Americana.
  • Only vintage and antique political campaign items are permitted (pre-2000).
  • Stakes are used to define your vendor area. They are not to be used for display purposes.
  • No food or drinks may be sold by vendors.
  • You must clean your space and take away everything you bring. If caught leaving trash or unsold items, you may not be allowed back and will be charged an extra fee on your next setup.
  • Per Massachusetts state law, after your second visit each calendar year (per person), you must provide a sales tax number.
  • Only antique firearms may be sold.
  • Only trained service dogs are permitted on the grounds.

Reservations

  • Reservations are made by calling 978-948-2217 and leaving a voicemail with your name and phone number. This is the only number for vendor reservations.
  • Reservations are taken on a weekly basis. Please call between 9:00 AM Monday and 5:00 PM Friday the week before you would like to set up.
  • A limited number of reservations are accepted each week. When reservations are full, all other vendors will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you decide not to come for any reason (including weather), a cancellation is required by 5:30 AM on Sunday. Vendors who do not cancel and fail to show up will be assessed an additional $15 fee on their next setup.
  • Reservations are held until 7:00 AM Sunday morning. Please let us know if you are going to be late or plan on arriving at a later time. Your spot will be given to another vendor if we do not hear from you.

Please note: Having a reservation guarantees you a spot. However, it does not guarantee you the same spot you had the last time you came.

Kindly keep in mind that the person taking reservations works another job and is not always able to return calls immediately. We will return your call as soon as we're able.
